1. All Sales Are Final
At Lunar Nova Artistry, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds for purchased items under normal circumstances. However, we understand that sometimes issues arise, and we are committed to providing solutions for manufacturing flaws or shipping damage as outlined below.
We welcome requests to alter an item before shipping, such as chain length or earring attachment alterations. Please include a note during purchase should you require these services at no additional cost, to ensure complete satisfaction upon delivery.
2. Exchanges for Manufacturing Flaws or Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping or has a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer an exchange for a product of equal or lesser value. To initiate an exchange, please follow the process outlined below:
Conditions for Exchange:
- The item must have been received in damaged condition or be defective due to a manufacturing error.
- You must notify us within 7 days from the delivery date of the damaged or defective item. After 7 days, no exchanges will be allowed.
- The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (if applicable) with any/all attachments or accessories.
3. How to Initiate an Exchange
If your product meets the criteria for an exchange, please follow these steps:

- Your order number
- Description and photos of the damage or defect
- Your request for an exchange (for equal or lesser value)
- Return Instructions: Upon reviewing your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the damaged or defective item. Please note, return shipping fees may apply in some cases, which will be discussed with you when initiating the exchange.
- Replacement Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will process your exchange and ship out the replacement product at no additional charge, provided the item qualifies for an exchange. If an exchange is approved due to a manufacturing flaw or shipping damage, Lunar Nova Artistry will cover the return shipping costs for the exchange.
4. Skin Allergies and Reactions to Copper
Some of our products may contain copper or copper alloys, which may cause allergic reactions in individuals sensitive to these materials. It is important to note that Lunar Nova Artistry is not liable for any allergic reactions or skin sensitivities caused by our products, including those made from copper or copper-based alloys. We will not accept returns due to skin sensitivities,

To prevent abuse of our policy, we will monitor return behavior. If we notice frequent return requests or misuse of the policy, we may refuse to accept future return requests, block certain customer accounts, or restrict access to returns and exchanges.
6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Bank Claims
We take fraudulent activity seriously. If you choose to dispute a transaction with your bank or payment provider after receiving your product, you will be held fully responsible for any chargeback fees or legal action that arises from the dispute.
- By making a purchase at Lunar Nova Artistry, you agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or fraud claim with your bank, payment provider, or credit card company after receiving the item in good condition.
- If a chargeback or fraudulent claim is initiated, we will take immediate action to resolve the matter, including but not limited to notifying the authorities, engaging in legal proceedings, and recovering all fees and costs related to the claim.
